Jumba Jookiba is a fictional character from the Disney movie "Lilo & Stitch". He is an evil genius mad scientist who created an illegal genetic experiment named Stitch. Jumba Jookiba is a blue extraterrestrial creature with multiple arms and a bulbous head. He is voiced by David Ogden Stiers in the film and in the animated TV series that was based on the movie. Jumba was part of the film's villainous duo, along with his bounty hunter ally, Pleakley. Despite his initial hostility towards Lilo and Stitch, Jumba eventually develops a soft spot for the two and becomes one of their closest allies.
